The Tokyo Institute of Technology's Super Smart Society Promotion Consortium will hold an international forum on August 2nd that will introduce the latest trends and technologies related to the super smart society and provide a place for international networking. This research organization is co-hosting this forum.

Prof. Wakabayashi, head of our research institute, will give an invited talk at the Japan Society for Precision Engineering Planarization CMP and its Application Technology Committee.

The JSAP SDRJ Symposium, hosted by the Director of the Organization, Wakabayashi, has been successfully held at Tokyo Institute of Technology.

Symposia on VLSI Technology and Circuits 2019, in which Executive Director Wakabayashi of the Research Organization serves as Executive Committee Member, was successfully held.
