Prof. Wakabayashi, head of our research institute, introduced our COI activity at the Japan MOT Society on March 20th. He is also in charge of the research presentation executive committee of the society, and held a remote online video conference on the day to prevent from speading new corona virus infection.

Professor Mutsuko Hatano of our EISESiV institute has been elected as the president of Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP).

Hiroyuki Ito, an associate professor of Tokyo Institute of Technology who is engaged in research and development of "animal silent voice" at this COI, has been awarded the "Achievement Achievement Award" by the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE).

Farmnote Holding Inc., who participates in this COI, received the Prime Minister's Award at the 8th "Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award".

Associate professor Hiroyuki Ito, a Tokyo Institute of Technology, who is conducting research and development on "silent voices of animals" at our research center, was interviewed by on the TV Tokyo program "AI DOL Project" and introduced AI processing cow behavior observation system and device.The program aired on March 9th and 16th.

Prof. Wakabayashi, head of our research institute, has been elected as a member of ExCom/Elected Members-at-Large, EDS IEEE.

Prof. Wakabayashi, head of our research institute, gave an invited lecture on 17th January at the Japan Society for Precision Engineering (JSPE), Technical Committee of Ultra Precision Positioning.

The 34th Research Workshop of the Technical committee on Co-Creation System, Society of Instrument and Control Engineers was held on December 9 at O-okayama Campus, Tokyo Institute of Technology. This Study meeting was led by Prof. Miyake of our COI and the COI supported this meeting.
